This system captures temperature and humidity data throughout the entire process from production and outbound shipping through transportation to final receipt, with a sampling frequency of once per minute and an accuracy of ±0.5℃. All data is secured using blockchain technology to prevent tampering. With this system, temperature and humidity exceedance rates have dropped from 15% to 9%, and the response time to abnormal alerts has been shortened to 5 minutes, compared to 2 hours with traditional manual monitoring.
